Hearts & Homes Collective was created to hold space for both. Over time, we found ourselves quietly supporting these moments within our community. Becoming the place people turn to when they are searching for the right dog to bring into their world, and equally, the safe space they reach for when life shifts and rehoming become part of the story.

It has never been about simply finding a home; it has always been about finding the right home.

This service is built around guidance, understanding, and care. We take the time to truly understand both sides of the picture; the dog, their needs, their personality, their history, and the humans; their lifestyle, their expectations, and the life they are hoping to build.

Because the best matches are not based on appearance or convenience, they are built on compatibility, understanding, and long-term success.

This work is deeply personal to us. Across many years, we have been involved in fostering and supporting rescue dogs, seeing firsthand the layers each dog carries and how important it is to place them in environments where they can genuinely thrive. We have seen what happens when matches are rushed, and we have seen the incredible outcomes that come from taking the time to get it right.
